With this in mind, @Ingeniuslean was recruited to study the complete business and organisation in its current state and assist in developing and implementing a model to implement and sustain a Lean Production System. This activity is still in progress, but our approach consists of the following key steps:

  • Grasp the companies Current Situation with regards to its performance and results versus its overall Vision and Goals.
  • Complete a detailed analysis of the organisation, its people, its leadership and its understanding of Lean Production.
  • Create a Clear, step by step approach to implementing a Production System generating sustainable improvements that satisfied the business plan.
  • Implement changes via a workshop approach
  • Coach management in maintaining the improvements


Our clients major goal in this project is to ensure the co-operation and inclusion of its workforce to support a long term improvement strategy.
